I HATE AMTRAK

I made a mistake booking a train to Philadelphia last night. I thought that I had purchased a ticket for this morning at around 9:00AM. When I checked this morning I discovered that the ticket was for last night at 9:00PM. It did not matter that I purchased the ticket close to the departure time. I was informed that I could not get a refund. I might have taken the news better if I were not a longtime customer who takes Amtrak at least 2 times a month. Customer service is not what it used to be.
